Applicants are invited to participate in group interviews where candidates are evaluated on their ability to work within a group setting and think outside of the box. Group interviews generally last 3 hours. Attire: University Ambassador (description in email).
Detailed information (including time and location) will be emailed to those invited to a panel interview
Participants are selected from the group interviews to interview before a panel of current University Ambassadors. Panel interviews generally last 1 hour. Attire: Business Casual.

Participants are selected from the panel interviews to meet with one member of the Visitor Center full-time staff and one member of the UA leadership team. Final interviews generally last 30 minutes. Attire: Business.
New Member Retreat

Finalists are asked to spend two days in a customer service-related retreat designed for networking with peers and learning about customer service as it related to higher education.
